At first, her old kitchen cabinets were all painted white with black door handles. Using a citrus strip she got from her local thrift store, she tapped the screws on the cabinet doors to help get them off the hinges. Then, she just used two sample paint jugs that she also got from the recycling center, and painted the cabinets. Fortunately, those two paint samples were enough to make this quick and easy restoration.

The finished project was so cute! We love how modern it is now that she has open-faced cabinets.
