Fundraising for Jennifer Anthony by Brent Anthony: The Anthony family home is under water

Hello, my name is Brent Anthony and I want to raise money for my older brother Joey, his wife Jenn and their 13 year old son Xander. 2022 was incredibly challenging for them. In April 2022, Joey fell while working in Colorado, breaking 12 vertebrae and sustaining multiple lacerations. His operations were successful; he has since been off work and doing physical therapy at home in Emory, Texas. On 8/22 the Texas/Oklahoma area had heavy rain with Rains County (Emory) specifically recording nearly 10 inches in an 8 hour time frame. As a result, a flash flood passed through their land and flooded their house. Fortunately, the family, animals and pictures were saved. Everything else was covered by 8-12 inches of water. Unfortunately, they don’t have flood insurance or funds to cover the upcoming expenses. They are currently homeless, living with family and neighbors. Total costs are expected to be around $50,000, including demos, renovations and replacement of lost furniture (furniture, appliances and cabinets). EVEN THROUGH ALL THIS, my brother and his family take it in stride and remain optimistic. He is truly the strongest person I know. We ask if you can find it in your heart to bless this family and help them through this challenging time.
